To specify pricing characteristics for a campaign, follow these steps:
1. Select the Discount on Items check box and enter a value by which the price of the
item is to be discounted.
2. Set a duration for the discount offer:
■ Offer valid for - Enter the number of days for which the offer is valid.
■ Never expire - Continue the pricing discount as set until the campaign is
discontinued.
3. Click Done to complete the campaign definition.
If you are defining an outbound campaign, click Next to proceed to the campaign
scheduling page.
▼ Specifying Campaign Scheduling
For outbound campaigns, you can specify when the campaign should occur. You can
have the advertisement executed immediately or schedule the execution for off-peak
hours. Processing the advertisement can be data-intensive and sending the
advertisement can be network-intensive, so consider the load on the system when
scheduling the execution for your distribution.
