Diagnostics: Determinethe ca useofthefailureusingthefollowingprocedure.
Case: Connectionfailsbeforelogin
1. Wait for a while. Then attempt to connect again.
2. If you can now connect, stop here.
Theserverwasbusyandunabletorespondimmediat ely.
3. If the IP address of the server changed recently, delete the server from the VTL
console. Then re-add it, and try to connect.
4. If you can now connect, stop here.
